Disney Princesses are sometimes criticised by as being old-fashioned role models for young girls. We started to change perception of a 70-year old franchise by redefining what it actually means to be a Disney Princess – and there wasn’t a tiara in sight! Leading female artists turned a set of ‘Princess Principles’ into posters, which were released for free to over 4.8 million girls to inspire them to fulfil their potential. PR coverage generating over 250 million opportunities to see led to 84 per cent of mums feeling more favourably towards Disney Princess.
