‘Shape our Future’ was a rallying call to employees to embrace seven business priorities introduced by EY’s EMEIA Financial Services Organization (FSO). These priorities had to be communicated in a way that would cut through the noise. The solution was a campaign that included an interactive booklet, a people magazine, a series of events and a tangram: an overarching campaign showing how the priorities fit together. Following the campaign, our Global People Survey revealed a 7% increase on the previous year in the number of people who felt that “partners and leaders do a good job of explaining our strategy”.
