This was the year The Romans grew up, turning from a hungry start-up to an established, profitable, business. But getting bigger hasn't come at the cost of our creative edge. The past 12 months saw us win some of the most competitive retained pitches of the year (PlayStation, Twitter, Diageo, Mondelez, Nokia) while creating some genuinely ground-breaking work. Most importantly, we massively invested in our ever-growing team (who kindly repaid us by winning at Cannes).
