Entry fees

You can pay online or send a cheque. All cheques must be made payable to the PRWeek Awards and must accompany a copy of your written two-page entry. One cheque is acceptable for multiple entries.

The closing deadline for entries is Thursday 27 May 2010. Entry fee: £260.00 including VAT.

Please note All prices are inclusive of VAT at the current applicable rate of £17.5%. A fully itemised VAT invoice, receipted as necessary, will be sent to you by post.

Nominations for Communicator of the Year Award and PR Professional of the Year: free of charge

Extended deadline for entries is Thursday 10 June 2010. Entry fee: £337.00 including VAT. A late entry fee will apply to entries submitted after Thursday 27 May 2010.

Owing to the increase in entries and in order to meet deadlines for processing all entries in time for judging, a late entry fee was introduced in 2001. A late entry fee of £77.00 inc VAT per late entry will be levied if a company fails to meet the deadline for entries of 27 May 2010.

Please note that you do not have to make payment at the time of entry but all entries remaining UNPAID at midnight on 27 May will incur a late entry fee.
The late fee will also apply to new entries submitted after midnight on 27 May.

Entries may be withdrawn at any point up to 18 June 2010 upon written request. Please note, however, that entry fees are non-refundable.
