On a night of intense activity and high expectations, the PRWeek Awards will be held on Tuesday 19 October 2010 in the Great Room, Grosvenor House, Park Lane, London W1.

Tables will be sold and positions allocated on a first come, first served basis. We will be selling tables on both the main floor of the Great Room and the Balcony. Any tables located on the balcony will be highlighted. If you wish to book fewer than ten people you and your guests will be placed on a shared table with other companies.

The ticket price includes the drinks reception, a three-course menu, an evening of excellent entertainment and, of course, the most important PR awards of the year.

By popular industry demand this year there will again be Premium Tables. One of a maximum of 31 tables will guarantee your company a prime location on the floor of the Great Room. These tables can only be purchased as tables for 10 people at the special rate of £3,600.00 + VAT - early bird rate. See below for deadline of the early bird rate. Wine is not included in the premium package. As part of your premium booking you will receive a branded meeting point in the main reception of the PRWeek Awards 2010, which will allow you to meet and greet your guests at a specified point in the room.

Payments can be made by credit card and cheque. Please make all cheques payable to PRWeek Awards.

Please have a purchase order ready before you book. All bookings will be processed upon receipt of payment.

Programme:

6.45pm: reception

7.30pm: dinner in the Great Room followed by the Awards ceremony

2.00am: event closes

The deadline for cancellations will be 17 September 2010, after this date, no refunds will be available; this includes bookings made after this date.
