The PRWeek Awards 2010 will be held in the Great Room, Grosvenor House, Park Lane, London W1.

The ticket price includes the drinks reception, a three-course menu and an evening of excellent entertainment.

Premium Tables
(Only 31 tables are available at this rate)
Early Bird Rate (Bookings received before Friday 30 July 2010): £3,600.00 + VAT
Standard Rate (Bookings received after Friday 30 July 2010): £3,900.00 + VAT

One of a maximum of 31 tables will guarantee your company a prime location on the floor of the Great Room. These tables can only be purchased as tables for 10 people. Wine is not included in the premium package. As part of your premium booking you will receive a branded meeting point in the main reception of the PRWeek Awards 2010, which will allow you to meet and greet your guests at a specified point in the room.

Standard Tables without wine
Early Bird Rate (Bookings received before Friday 30 July 2010): £2,300.00 + VAT
Standard Rate (Bookings received after Friday 30 July 2010): £2,500.00 + VAT

Individual seats without wine
Early Bird Rate (Bookings received before Friday 30 July 2010): £230.00 + VAT
Standard Rate (Bookings received after Friday 30 July 2010): £250.00 + VAT

Standard Tables with wine
Early Bird Rate (Bookings received before Friday 30 July 2010): £2,500.00 + VAT
Standard Rate (Bookings received after Friday 30 July 2010): £2,700.00 + VAT
1/2 bottle of wine per person is included in this package.

Charity rate - Table of 10 without wine: £1,350.00 + VAT

Charity rate - Individual seats without wine: £135.00 + VAT

Charity rate - Table of 10 with wine: £1,500.00 + VAT
1/2 bottle of wine per person is included in this package.

The deadline for cancellations will be 17 September 2010, after this date, no refunds will be available; this includes bookings made after this date.

If you require overnight accommodation please view the attached document (click here) which offers competitive rates at a variety of local hotels. All hotels are conveniently located in W1 or W2 and are easily accessible from Grosvenor House.
