Vodafone was launching its broadband Speed Guarantee but that wasn't going to grab headlines or enquiries. We identified a pain point for most families: broadband 'dropping out' when kids are gaming. Gaming is also often a family pain point, with parents not understanding one of their kids' passions. With a history of helping the nation navigate technology, Vodafone was perfectly placed to launch '#FamilySquad' - a group of experts and influencers to help families overcome this and understand why their Speed Guarantee matters. It increased understanding of the new product by 80% and over a third said they'd recommend it.
