Our ambition is to be the defining agency of the decade. This year saw our bravest and most awarded creative work yet; from turning up the heat on fuel poverty to a film starring Cara Delevingne. We had our best-ever quarter, winning 7 new clients at competitive pitch so far. But award-winning creative work and financial growth are not enough, the agency of the year must lead the industry. Last year we supported our people with London living costs; trained twenty mental health first-aiders; announced a -3% gender pay gap in favour of women and were named PRCA Ethical Champion.
