#MakeMoneyEqual, Common Industry / Starling Bank
Common Industry worked with Starling Bank to develop and launch the #MakeMoneyEqual campaign. With one of only two female CEOs in banking, Starling is passionate about equality in the world of finance. Our campaign aimed to look beyond the pay gap and explore how inequality begins in the different ways men and women are spoken to about money in the press. Response to the campaign was phenomenal, being covered in titles like The Guardian, The Telegraph, BBC Radio 4 and Stylist - as well as being discussed and shared by MPs and leading figures in the worlds of business and finance.
