For ten years, we've talked about Inspiring Healthy Decisions. It is on our logo. It is our mission. In 2017, our three-word 'mantra' permeated every part of our vision, work, and culture. Where others talked theory, we brought behaviour change to life in the real world. We did this by seeking partners with purposeful missions like ours and encouraging them to rethink how they build campaigns through our distinct style of integrated communications. Did it work? We grew by 7%; opened three satellite offices outside of our Brighton HQ; added 16 clients to the books; and recruited 30 new people.
