Chris is the Director of Communications for Ofcom, the UK's communications regulator. He runs Ofcom's media and corporate relations, internal communications, digital and creative teams. Chris joined Ofcom as a media analyst before moving into communications, where he looked after analyst and then media and corporate relations. He was appointed Director of Communications in 2015, reporting to Ofcom's Chief Executive. Chris began his career as a journalist writing about the TV and digital media sectors. He was Editor of New Media Markets, formerly published by the Financial Times, and then became an Editorial Director at Informa, the FTSE 100 publisher. Chris is also an experienced coach and mentor, qualifying with the Institute of Leadership and Management.
