Frances Browning Head of Brand PR & Social Media Frances' role includes managing the proactive dissemination of news and information about Direct Line Group's brands through traditional and social media. As well as the 20 or so pieces of coverage her team places in the media about DLG's brands every day, she also has responsibility for protecting the brands' reputations from potential negative issues. Frances has 18 years' experience of working in PR and has a wealth of media contacts, as well as a creative eye for a story.
