Lizzie Earl is the founder of Munch, an award-winning PR company that offers big agency thinking with a boutique approach. Munch's clients range from large household names, such as Coca-Cola, Fairtrade, National Lottery, TEDx and Cartoonito, right through to innovative challenger brands. The agency has been crowned PRWeek's 'New Consultancy of the Year' 2018 with Lizzie the youngest female founder, if not the youngest ever, to scoop the award. She is passionate about PR and delivering results that impact brands and businesses, and built the agency to offer companies of all size access to fantastic PR expertise. The agency was set up from a laptop in Bali in 2016 when Lizzie was just 29, and has since doubled year-on-year with no outside investment. Pre-Munch Lizzie's career includes time spent at some of the world's top PR agencies including Frank, Freud, Golin, FleishmanHillard and in house at Disney. Outside of work Lizzie loves to travel, and in addition to Bali she has also lived in Hong Kong. She also keeps fit and active through weightlifting, yoga and surfing, and plays both violin and guitar to balance a life filled with technology.
