March Of The Mummies

Agency: Pregnant Then Screwed

March Of The Mummies was the biggest ever family protest, of 15,000 families across 11 locations in the UK, to bring together one united voice to call for an urgent reform from Government on issues impacting the Motherhood Penalty, including childcare and the need for urgent investment in the sector that is drastically underfunded and to combat eye-watering costs that are forcing mothers out of work and families into poverty every week. Without investment in childcare, which is essential infrastructure to enable parents to work, and more investment into childcare settings the sector was at risk of further collapse.
