Securing legislation to protect access to cash

Cicero/amo ran a strategic public affairs and public relations campaign on behalf of LINK, a not-for-profit organisation which runs the UK’s largest cash machine network, to secure legislation to protect access to cash in the Queen’s Speech. Cicero/amo was tasked with elevating the ‘access to cash’ conversation across national media outlets and with key political stakeholders to encourage the Government to protect access to cash. Over the course of the year, Cicero/amo ensured LINK’s role in protecting access to cash across the UK was recognised by Government, Parliamentarians and strategic media, despite a rapid shift to digital banking solutions post-COVID-19.
