One in 10 women worldwide have endometriosis, yet despite the seriousness of this disease, it takes an average of eight years just to get a diagnosis. That’s eight years of enduring terrible pain, misinformation and the feeling of not being heard.

Cow and Intimina wanted to make the issue of endometriosis seen and heard. They gave a voice to real-life cases studies in the most disarming manner – a cast of 8-year-old girls. The low-budget campaign generated 258 pieces of global coverage, while the content has had 455k+ organic views, which continues to rise as women and girls seek information.
