But when you genuinely make a difference to a company’s people and customers… that’s what makes a campaign special. To cement Virgin Atlantic as the most inclusive airline, we listened to our people, ripped up the uniform rulebook, allowing them to choose their preferred uniform, and re-wrote its gender identity policy, introducing pronoun badges, gender neutral ticketing and mandatory inclusivity training. We announced it with a purposeful and inclusive ‘runway on a runway’, with a sprinkling of Virgin flair, punchy media relations and phenomenal results.
