Bupa’s mental health cover is industry-leading, with the team constantly innovating to address customer needs. During the pandemic it became clear that as well as the physical health impact, many people were facing new or worsening mental health challenges. We designed a campaign that would break down barriers, remove stigmas and encourage open conversation among some of the most affected groups.
