We know that over the last few years, we’ve grown year on year. We’ve had minimal client turnover, and a high staff retention rate. 2022 was not that year, and moving into 2023, these challenges have intensified. But, despite these challenges, we have stayed true to who we are, and our values too. We’ve been introspective and rebuilt – from a new leadership team to a new structure – to delivering for our clients and ensuring our people continue to thrive.
