Social media can be a minefield of negativity; a difficult place to have honest conversations about topics that matter. LinkedIn wanted to address this head on, to help drive paradigm shifts in working culture and related conversations that are often taboo but are also unprecedentedly important to society at large. Brands2Life created LinkedIn Changemakers: an always-on, force-for-good influencer programme championing seven activists and harnessing the power of LinkedIn to drive conversation and positive change around the most talked about issues affecting the world of work (as identified through social listening: diversity and inclusion, mental health, sustainability, disability, and flexible working).
