Leveraging the superpower of Pantene’s new Miracles Silky & Glowing range (transforming how hair feels) we created an ambassador-led campaign focused on a community to whom touch is THE most important sense– the visually impaired.

In partnership with RNIB & visually impaired, beauty-loving creator & journalist Lucy Edwards, we ignited conversation about the inaccessibility of online hair & beauty tutorials by creating an industry first 'Inclusivity Social Code of Conduct'. Ground-breaking Navi-lens technology enabled visually impaired people to scans bottles on shelf to hear product information. This campaign drove REAL innovation in the beauty industry & also exceeded sales targets.
