The Power of All Our Voices empowered colleagues to learn, share and demonstrate their pride in National Grid by creating memorable moments and experiences. The multi-channel campaign, where many of the tactics were a first, achieved record levels of engagement and exceeded objectives. The legacy post COP26 continues to inspire and empower colleagues on their journey to net zero.
