Charlie is Ogilvy's Creative and Strategy Officer for UK & EMEA. One of the industry's most experienced‚ and awarded, creative leaders, Charlie bridges creative and strategy to ensure the agency develops world-class, earned-first creative ideas for a wide range of clients, built on compelling tensions informed by data, insights and what's going on in culture.  With over 20 years' experience in PR, influence and social, working across consumer, corporate and technology accounts, Charlie has delivered award-winning campaigns for the world's biggest brands, including Cadbury, Google, LEGO, Kenvue, the Mayor of London and Unilever. He has launched new products, delivered campaigns with purpose, handled crises and managed global superstar talent. He has won awards at Cannes (including a prestigious Glass Lion), the D&ADs, LIAs, PR Weeks and SABREs‚ and has judged, mentored, lectured and trained. Before joining Ogilvy, Charlie was based in Los Angeles for four years, where he built and ran Golin's West Coast creative function, gaining experience. Prior to that, he spent over ten years in London, running creative teams across UK and EMEA, winning multiple campaign and agency awards.
