Daisy is a marketer who started out in Television News - so she knows how to spot a story, shape it, and make people actually care about it.  After 20+ years across broadcast and brand both in global agencies and founder-led businesses, she's built her career on one thing: turning multimedia content into commercial impact (not just "nice posts", vanity metrics or brand washing).  She cut her teeth in a global role at Virgin Group, in agencies such as The TVC and Ketchum as well as leading on PR and Social at Virgin Trains and then Avanti West Coast. This breadth of experience gives her a unique offering. She understands both in-house and agency life as well as the private and public sector. Not a lot of people can say that. In the last decade Daisy was in-house leading on PR and Social through the chaos of paid, earned and owned colliding. She made it work both commercially and by winning the big awards.     Now Director of Marketing at The Sushi Co, she leads brand, social and digital - building a team, setting the tone, and making sure it's as good as it thinks it is.  She's big on bold brands, challenger businesses with clear purpose, and Marketing that actually does something. Smart strategy, strong storytelling, zero fluff.  Part storyteller, part strategist, part "let's just fix it" - Daisy makes good ideas work hard and she builds great teams who follow her along the way.
