David Bowles

As Head of RSPCA's public affairs and campaigns, David coordinates the RSPCA's polital and campaign work in England, Wales and Europe. He is a Board member of the Association of Cat and Dog Homes and the UK Government's scientific advisors, the Canine and Feline Sector Council. He has 30 years of experience campaigning and lobbying within the animal welfare sector including at the UN and WTO.
