Deepa Thomas-Sutcliffe Podcaster, Inclusion Champion, Communications Leader Deepa Thomas-Sutcliffe is an award-winning communications leader with over 20 years' international experience spanning the private and public sectors, including senior roles at eBay, Nissan, the Mahindra Group, HMRC and the Cabinet Office. She has led communications in Asia and the UK in complex, high-profile environments where trust, reputation and cultural change really matter. A collaborative and empowering leader, Deepa combines sharp business acumen with communications mastery — from strategic storytelling and stakeholder engagement to building high-performing, purpose-driven teams. She is particularly passionate about inclusion, leadership and helping organisations live their purpose. Committed to life-long learning, Deepa is a Chartered Public Relations professional and has an MBA. Deepa was named to the Women in PR 40 Over 40 Power List 2025, recognising women who challenge ageism and champion inclusive leadership. She serves as EDI Champion for CIPR North West, co-leads the Government Communications Manchester Network, and has held leadership and board roles supporting women's skills and progression internationally.
