As part of Arcadis’ 2024-2026 business strategy, we set out to become a ‘skills-powered organization’ and invested in an AI-powered platform to help match employee skills with opportunities and support their career growth. This is a bold ambition, and we knew real change wouldn’t come from launching a platform alone. It required a shift in mindset and new behaviors, backed by change management, human resources and strategic communications that inspired belief and action at all levels of the organization. Our integrated campaign sparked and sustained that change – blending storytelling, creativity, CEO-led advocacy and social amplification, to turn a vision into a movement with real appeal. The results were exceptional engagement and standout adoption rates beyond industry benchmarks, and an improved sense of purpose of working with Arcadis. It wasn’t just a campaign – it was the start of a skills-first culture among leaders and employees, and a signal of Arcadis’ industry leadership to investors, the media and the talent market alike.
