Client: Virgin Media O2 and Good Things Foundation
We wanted to create a long-term solution to address data poverty. We launched the UK's first ever National Databank - like a food bank but for free mobile data - to tackle digital exclusion. We secured 495 pieces, delivering 2.7bn OTS, with 100% positive sentiment. We reached 67% of the UK population 3.4 times. Thanks to partners coming on-board Virgin Media O2 is on track to connect 500,000 people by the end of 2025.
