In 2021 we redefined Ogilvy PR with our new positioning. In 2022, our work delivered that promise. And in 2023, after TWO years of double-digit growth we did it again. Our biggest, best and brightest year ever. Growing for the third year running, Ideas Others Can’t became ideas, campaigns, impact, teams and growth others can’t.

In just 12 months we… created a new Earned First Impact approach, launched the AI Accountability Act, the industry’s first Influence for Health proposition, and built a TikTok shop offer, helping increase influencer revenue by over 100%. We won 10 new clients, retained all the other and grew the top 5 by 36%. We won in Cannes, again and got 110,000 young voters to register in 24 hours. We hired new talent and promoted a third of our people. We achieved Level 2 accreditation in the Disability Confident Scheme and partnered with Creative Access for mid-level, inclusive mentoring. We closed the office for an entire day of AI learning, celebrated TWO entries in PR Week’s 30 Under 30 and introduced 4 weeks to work from anywhere. All this and more, partnering with our brilliant clients to deliver impactful work every day. It’s hard to achieve double digit growth when the economy is stagnant. It’s even harder to do it three years in a row, without sacrificing our culture, people or our work. Ideas Others Can’t has become more than our proposition, it has become our behaviour and our promise. And we’re only just getting started…
