Powering the UK's Vital Connections

Liberty Global’s "Powering the UK's Vital Connections Campaign" was a targeted brand awareness campaign aimed at UK politicians, their advisors and people who influence them, created and executed in collaboration with Virgin Media’s Public Affairs, Corporate Communications & Marketing teams. The campaign followed the announcement of a proposed joint venture between Liberty Global's Virgin Media, and Telefonica's O2, which was subject to regulatory approval by the CMA. To educate and build a positive reputation in political circles, Liberty Global began a 6-month integrated communications campaign to amplify the core message of continued investment in gigabit broadband and boosting economic growth.
