Koray Camgoz

Koray is an internationally experienced, award-winning communications and business leader with over 15 years' experience shaping strategies that deliver commercial impact. As CEO of the Taylor Bennett Foundation, he leads the organisation's mission to increase ethnic representation in PR and communications, strengthening partnerships and mobilising industry support to unlock high-potential talent and build more inclusive workplaces. Previously a Corporate Director at Ketchum, Koray advised global B2B and B2C brands including Adobe and Samsung on corporate reputation, media strategy and inclusion, leading award-winning integrated campaigns across earned, paid and social channels. He has also held leadership roles at the PRCA and CIPR, co-authored best-practice publications and speaks regularly at industry events. In 2024 he was named one of PRovoke Media's Innovator 25 (EMEA); in 2025 appointed a Fellow of the PRCA and listed in the PRWeek Power Book — an honour he retained in 2026.
