Monique Noel Brown

Monique Noel Brown is a Client Manager at Milk & Honey PR with experience spanning in-house and agency roles across B2B/C sectors. She also currently serves as an Alumni Advisory Board member for the Taylor Bennett Foundation. Monique began her career through the Taylor Bennett Foundation's Summer Stars internship programme, which sparked her passion for public relations and diversity in the industry. She went on to hold communications roles at BT and Amazon Web Services (AWS), where she gained experience in both internal communications and EMEA public relations. In 2023, she transitioned into agency life, joining Harvard (now VCCP Roar) before moving to Edelman in 2024. Beyond her professional work, Monique is committed to advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion, and as a proud Taylor Bennett Foundation alumna and Alumni Advisory Board member, she continues to mentor and inspire the next generation of PR professionals.
