Sam Dowling

As the communications lead for London-based in-statute health body Londonwide LMCs, Sam manages messaging, strategy and influencing across all internal, member, corporate communications and public affairs channels.  Sam is an ex broadcast journalist for ITN and BBC, and also has experience as a Parliamentary speechwriter, social enterprise lobbyist in social finance and employee ownership and civil service strategist in area based initiative and community and third sector policy.
