Simon Feldman is the ESG Communications Lead at Virgin Media O2, where he shapes stories and campaigns that bring the company's purpose to life. With nearly two decades of experience working with some of the UK's most recognisable brands - from Royal Mail to British Gas, Simon is passionate about storytelling that matters, creating impact, shifting perceptions and driving positive behaviour change. Alongside his communications career, Simon is a coach and speaker who helps individuals and teams think more clearly, communicate with confidence and perform at their best during pressure and change. A three-time cancer survivor, Simon uses his sense of purpose coupled with positivity to support others to lead with intent, draw on their resilience and to cultivate a growth mindset.
