A passionate advocate for retail and FMCG brands, Suzy believes communications now sits at the centre of business growth, with earned media playing a defining role in building trust, influence, and relevance. She is known for shaping earned-first strategies that help brands move from trusted to magnetic across the UK, EMEA, and beyond. Her career spans some of the industry's most complex and high-profile moments, from defining the communications strategy for BAA Retail during the opening of Heathrow Terminal 5, to leading global communications for Hugo Boss Fragrances and delivering backstage content for Wella Professionals at Fashion Weeks worldwide. In the UK and EMEA, Suzy has led data-driven editorial programmes for eBay and directed culturally-led beauty campaigns for Johnson & Johnson, grounding creative ambition in insight, effectiveness, and action. Prior to joining Edelman, Suzy served as Head of Brand at M&C Saatchi Talk across UK and global accounts. Her previous experience also includes senior roles at Ketchum, Iris, and Halpern.
