MSL UK
Tapped into the ever-evolving diversity landscape, we are committed to ongoing innovation, learning, and pushing the industry forward. Beyond entry-level diversity, we support talent throughout their ongoing journey with us, through partnerships with industry experts across neurodiversity, ageism, flexible working and anti-racism.
We strive to protect and support everyone, working to understand the unique experiences of individuals from marginalised backgrounds. We know can’t focus on these as single issues, DE&I needs to be addressed with an intersectional lens.
Our goal is to be proactive, not reactive. Our female CEO, Rebecca Grant, launched a Women in Leadership training programme to focus on female progression and leadership at all levels. MSL has committed to being an actively anti-racist organisation, and that commitment is about much more than just being passive allies—we lead with action.
And our efforts have already resulted in a more diverse workforce. Our ethnic diversity has increased from 5% to 46% in the last 4 years, and our female representation is at 75%. Our Board is currently 60% female, with 30% from diverse ethnic backgrounds in leadership roles, and 13% of our workforce has self-disclosed as neurodivergent.
