Advika Reddy

An adventurous communicator, Advika took a bold leap from India to London in September 2021 to pursue her passion for food journalism. After graduating with a distinction in a Master’s in Arts and Lifestyle Journalism from UAL, she quickly made her mark, writing for Eater, 23, Artefact, and Daily Express. After two years of immersing herself in the UK media landscape, she discovered a newfound calling in PR. In 2023, while interning at a predominantly white PR agency, she was bluntly told, “PR isn’t for you.” But Advika refused to let that define her. She joined Full Fat in August 2023 as an Account Executive and, within just a year, rose to Senior Account Executive. Although at a junior level, Advika has already made waves in the industry - actively shaping agency culture, challenging norms, and championing inclusivity. With every boundary she pushes, Advika is proving that PR is for her and for those who dare to defy expectations.
