Our focus this year was acquisition rather than organic growth, driven by a clear focus on adding and improving client service alongside new services and product support. We also focused on our people, their professional development, and wellbeing - putting protective measures in place to protect staff and clients as part of our COVID response. We dedicated time to pro-bono work and fundraising, supporting the many organisations and charities facing exceptional difficulties. We took pride in our client work and were rewarded when our clients gave us an exceptional NPS score of 79 in our independently conducted annual client survey.
