In 2024, Citypress made transformative progress against our mission to be the defining employee-owned agency, using our commercial performance to drive social and client impact.
Growing by 10%, we welcomed clients like Arla, Kellanova and Evri and pledged a £1m investment in creativity. This saw us deliver fresh creative impact, with Arla’s The Milk Bank giving 100 food banks access to fresh dairy and The Space Between for Crown Paints reviving community spaces.
Citypress was the only PR agency named in the 2024 Social Mobility Index, and we shared £650,000 with our people via profit share and performance bonus schemes.
