Fight or Flight
Fight or Flight is part of the Class of 2020 agencies launched into the COVID pandemic. In just six years, the London-based, B2B agency has established itself as a major player in the UK market and built a powerful US presence. In 2025 the UK headquartered agency’s global fees grew 33 per cent to $11.6M, earning it a spot in PRWeek’s World Top 100 Rankings – the third fastest growing agency on that prestigious list. In the judging period, Fight or Flight grew its UK market fees by 8% to £5.7M, significantly expanded its relationships with AMEX GBT, Expedia Group, Oracle and Roland DG, won major new contracts with Accenture, GSMA, Nespresso (to name a few), invested in a 10-person studio capability and 5-person specialist AI division – at the same time as winning Blueprint Ally status and protecting its challenger culture. It achieved these results against the backdrop of a challenging, low-growth UK market, AI-fuelled uncertainty in the global tech sector, the loss of its original anchor client LinkedIn in April – and at the same time as building a $5M US agency that won PRWeek’s Outstanding Boutique award.
