frank.social
2024 was the year social ate PR's lunch. So in May 2025, frank.social picked up the fork. frank.social launched as a standalone social and influence agency - not a team, not a studio, not a sidecar. A real business with its own P&L, pipeline and positioning. Eleven months in, the numbers speak for themselves: £1.8m fee income, 30.1% profit margin, 11 team headcount. 8 client wins, 100% recommendation rate. The work backs it up. We made Weetabix go viral on TikTok for the price of a chocolate bar. We launched Frites Atelier into London with queues around the block and zero paid media. We turned Estrella Galicia into one of the fastest-growing cultural beer brands online with a 14% organic engagement rate. We quadrupled views and engagement for Škoda. We reset what B2B social looks like for HaysMac accounting firm. frank.social was built on a simple belief: earned attention didn't die, it moved to social. We responded by building a specialist agency where social is rooted in earned, and attention is won, not bought. Led by Managing Partner Sarah Pinch, formerly MD of Social and Influence at Ketchum, frank.social didn't just enter the market, it changed the conversation with other PR agencies following suit soon after.
