HelloFranses!
This is an agency built on the belief that influencer marketing had become bloated. As brands chased scale, speed and efficiency, the creator economy became over-engineered and under-human: relationships replaced by dashboards, culture by CPMs, and campaigns performing on paper rather than in real life. HelloFranses! was created to challenge that. Founded by influencer talent expert Chloe Franses alongside Hayley Stevens-Shaw in May 2025, the agency was designed from day one to take on incumbent giants not by outspending them, but by outthinking them. Combining deep industry expertise with a disruptive tech stack and an instinctive understanding of how culture, creators and conversation now travel, HelloFranses! set out to modernise earned communications for a social-first world. In its first year alone, the agency signed 20 major clients and engineered one of the biggest pop-culture moments of the year with Pop Mart’s Labubu phenomenon – a campaign that didn’t just trend, but shut down high streets and dominated social feeds across the UK. Within 12 months, revenue surpassed £1.5m, validating a model designed to scale without losing its soul. HelloFranses! represents a new era of influencer marketing built for the age of TikTok news cycles, audience editors and culture moving at the speed of the scroll.
