Through the pandemic, Lloyds Banking Group's Internal Communications team has worked with creativity, flexibility and empathy to ensure colleagues were informed engaged and inspired through a period of unprecedented change. Utilising insight and analysis to understand what mattered most to colleagues, they built a creative and engaging suite of communications activity that helped colleagues understand what they needed to know, when they needed know it. As a result, communications were seen by colleagues to play an important role in change in culture at the Group during this challenging time.
