Work & Class was founded on 1st May 2024 as the first communications agency aiming to bridge the gap between brands and often neglected working class audiences. In our first year we have, pitched 16 times (industry average 14.4*), achieved a 60% pitch to win conversion rate (industry average 25%*), won clients including Sky Arts, Sky Cinema, Joseph Rowntree Foundation, The Big Issue and Mountain Warehouse, been named one of PR Week’s new agencies to watch in 2025, achieved 923 pieces of coverage (average 77 pieces per month) secured £414,836 income (£203,299 fees), and in the words of PR Week, we kick-started “one of the PR industry’s biggest debates of 2024”. And we’re only just getting started.
